By submitting your registration it means you have read and agree to the following.
Parent/guardian responsibility to be aware of dates, events, and changes due to weather. Inspired Minds Academy will post notices on our social media accounts and our website to keep you informed — please check these sources regularly. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform Inspired Minds Academy of any address, e-mail, telephone number, or credit card change.
Inspired Minds Academy is a technology-based academy and our primary method of communication is our website and social media announcements. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that they are reading updates on our website and social media accounts.
Inspired Minds Academy is not responsible for any infectious disease, COVID or otherwise. Please review our illness guidelines for more information.
Tuition, attendance & fees
Enrollment
Registration is a commitment for the full length of the session. There is no discontinuing tuition for a session. A thirty-day written notice (via email) is required to discontinue a session during the commitment period. The child is not enrolled until the registration fee has been paid. There are no refunds for supply fees, registration fees, application fees, or tuition. Tuition will be paid for the full session whether the child attends or not.
Holiday & snow days
Check our website and social media accounts to be updated on inclement weather closings. There will be no make-ups or tuition adjustments for snow days or inclement weather.
Installment tuition
If you choose to pay tuition in two installments, the first installment is due the 1st of the month in which the session begins. The second installment is due on the 1st of the month that falls halfway through the session.
Monthly tuition
Tuition is pro-rated over the duration of the session and does not fluctuate based on how many weeks or days are in a month. Monthly tuition is a payment plan for the full session — not a month-to-month subscription. Paying monthly does not shorten the commitment: payments continue for the entire session whether or not your child attends, and stopping payments does not end enrollment (see Enrollment above). Returned checks result in an automatic $40 fee.
Tuition late fees
Tuition is late after the 10th of each month, no exceptions. $30 late fee if 10 days late, $90 late fee if 30 days late, $125 will be added for each additional 30 days until caught up.
Service fees
All credit and debit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Refunds
No refunds for tuition, supply fees, application fees, or registration fees. No exceptions — please do not ask for a refund for the above mentioned.
Early release fee
If you need to get out of your contract for extenuating circumstances you may be charged a $450 early release fee.
Late pick-up charge
We do not provide an after-care program. Children must be picked up promptly. There will be a charge of $10 after the first 15 minutes and $25 for every 30 minutes. This fee is not prorated.
